Lead production planning for a make-to-order/engineer-to-order manufacturing plant. Create rolling 8-week plans, coordinate kitting and line feeding, manage WIP and inventory, reconcile SAP data, analyze capacity and bottlenecks, drive on-time delivery with cross-functional teams, and improve planning accuracy and delivery performance.

Develop and execute master production schedules aligned with plant capacity, materials, and S&OP plans. Perform rough cut capacity planning, monitor KPIs and SAP data accuracy, coordinate with planners, buyers, Customer Care, PMO, and Finance to minimize past-due orders and improve productivity and inventory performance. Drive plant-specific continuous improvement and report operational results to management.

Improve manufacturing productivity, quality, and cost by applying Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, capacity planning, line balancing, time studies, OEE monitoring, automation evaluation, NPI support, and data-driven continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Lead onsite production operations to meet quality, cost, delivery and safety targets. Plan and execute schedules, coordinate cross-functional problem-solving, drive continuous improvement and new-product introductions, train and develop production staff, and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Operate and manage end-to-end powder coating booth operations, maintain electrostatic coating equipment and pretreatment lines, control process parameters and recycled powder usage, perform quality tests (DFT, impact, scratch, bend, gloss), keep production and maintenance records, ensure chemical handling and PPE compliance, implement 5S/continuous improvement, and train co-associates. Shift work required.

Ensure manufacturing quality and customer satisfaction by maintaining ISO quality systems, leading corrective actions and audits, supporting FAI/FAT reviews, performing root-cause analysis, coordinating MRB and deviations, and driving continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and quality reporting.

Lead sourcing and supplier management for direct materials and manufacturing services. Develop suppliers, prepare RFQs, perform techno-commercial evaluations, negotiate contracts, support NPD and PPAP, drive localization and cost reduction, monitor supplier performance, mitigate risks, and ensure ERP/SAP compliance to maintain supply continuity.

As a Trainee in the machine shop, you will support shopfloor operations, operate machines, conduct quality checks, and learn core manufacturing processes under supervision.

The Trainee- Assembly will perform assembly tasks, operate machines, assist in production processes, and maintain safety and quality standards.
