Manage a distributed solution configuration team supporting multiple partner implementations. Responsibilities include team leadership, capacity planning, workload allocation, implementation scheduling, risk and dependency management, performance reporting, process improvement, documentation, and Jira and Confluence administration. The role coordinates with Implementation, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure accurate configuration delivery and partner go-live timelines.

Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts. Execute and analyze automated tests, perform regression testing, document issues, and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to improve testability and quality in an Agile environment.
