Manage channel partners and regional customers while driving B2B technology sales, lead generation, client acquisition, renewals, pricing negotiations, proposals, RFPs, and contract closures. Develop go-to-market strategies, monitor market and competitive trends, deliver sales presentations, and optimize partner performance against ROI and sales KPIs. The role focuses on Cloud, SaaS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, and security solutions.

Own end-to-end telecom billing and BSS solution architecture across customer, product, CPQ, ordering, provisioning, mediation, charging, billing, payments, collections, and revenue assurance. Lead legacy-to-cloud transformation, migration strategy, API and event-driven integration, architecture governance, vendor evaluations, and technology selection. Define scalable, resilient architectures using microservices, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and TM Forum standards. Provide technical direction to delivery teams and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
