Manages network operations and telecom infrastructure projects across a designated area. Responsibilities include fiber and network upgrades, FTTH migration, railway crossing approvals, partner and OEM performance, network KPI delivery, customer link testing, project scheduling, cost control, quality inspections, and operational sustenance. The role also oversees service delivery, network access, records, reporting, and OPEX-saving initiatives while ensuring engineering, safety, and industry standards are followed.

Owns quality assurance for the fulfilment value chain by defining standards, conducting process audits, leading root-cause analysis and CAPA, improving workflows, enabling automation, and building governance dashboards. The role tracks defects, rework, cycle time, compliance, customer impact, and efficiency; presents risks and actions to leadership; coaches process owners; and embeds preventive controls across fulfilment, service delivery, sales, IT, finance, commercial, and field partner teams.
