Manage and coach Agile program delivery for New Product Development globally: plan and track QDC targets, run Agile transformations, align initiatives to business goals, report risks/metrics, and drive process and cost efficiencies.

Provide on-site customer service and consultation supporting Trane Technologies' customers, representing the company's sustainability-focused climate solutions and ensuring service excellence.

Develop and maintain Linux kernel-mode device drivers for high-speed interfaces, lead board bring-up and low-level debugging, customize kernel modules for real-time performance, root-cause cross-layer system crashes, and profile/tune drivers for power, memory, and latency.

Lead design and development of modular application software (Ruby/Rust), guide scrum teams, drive module development, resolve defects, improve product quality, and support new-product and technology initiatives.

Develop and maintain Linux kernel-mode device drivers and perform board bring-up. Debug low-level hardware/firmware/kernel issues, optimize kernel modules for real-time performance, and profile drivers for power, memory, and latency using hardware tools and kernel debugging utilities.

Lead and grow an embedded controls software team delivering architecture, design, coding, integration, and validation for product platforms. Drive planning, technical decisions, cross-functional alignment, quality, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with development processes and cybersecurity expectations.

Design user-centered web and mobile experiences, lead research and usability testing, create wireframes/prototypes and design system assets, collaborate with product and engineering in agile teams, and advocate design thinking across the organization.
