Manage end-to-end recruitment across Australia and global markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder partnership, offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate communications. Build talent pipelines, track recruitment KPIs, conduct market and salary research, maintain ATS records, and ensure compliance with employment legislation. The role also supports employer branding, recruitment process improvement, and hiring across technical and corporate functions.

Own end-to-end performance testing from scoping and strategy through scripting, execution, analysis, reporting, and closure. Develop reusable scripts with NeoLoad and LoadRunner, identify bottlenecks, analyze application performance metrics, estimate delivery work, and collaborate with developers, DBAs, SMEs, and distributed teams. Support presales presentations, technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and commercial proposals. Travel to Australia or the United States on short notice may be required.

Lead Tritusa’s B2B digital growth strategy, demand generation, enterprise lead acquisition, and revenue marketing. Manage paid advertising, SEO, ABM, marketing automation, CRM workflows, website optimization, CRO, analytics, and AI-powered marketing initiatives. Partner with Sales and internal teams to create campaigns, thought leadership, events, and personalized customer journeys. Track KPIs, produce executive insights, manage budgets, and optimize marketing performance and ROI.

Create high-quality graphic and visual designs for branding, marketing, events, corporate communications, digital platforms, and print collateral. Develop campaign concepts, presentations, social media assets, websites, emailers, UI designs, motion graphics, and videos while maintaining brand consistency. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, present concepts to clients, and collaborate across teams using industry-standard design and AI tools.

Lead enterprise SAP testing across S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation programs. Responsibilities include defining test strategy and governance, managing end-to-end functional, integration, automation, performance, security, migration, and regression testing, coordinating distributed teams, overseeing defects and environments, managing test data, reporting quality KPIs, and supporting release readiness and post-go-live stabilization.
