Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, build talent pipelines and headhunt for niche positions, manage stakeholder communication and interview processes, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, track recruitment metrics using ATS and sourcing platforms, and support employer branding and HR operations. Role based in Pune with required overlap with Eastern Timezone.

Design, develop, customize, and optimize Sage Intacct platform solutions and integrations. Implement automation (Sage Triggers, Smart Integration), build API/middleware integrations (including planned Salesforce integration), troubleshoot issues, advise on architecture and scalability, and maintain technical documentation to support finance processes.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise e-commerce architectures. Own integrations (ERP, PIM, payment), guide cross-functional technical teams, produce architecture blueprints, conduct code and architecture reviews, and advise clients on platform strategy and emerging e-commerce technologies.

Lead Salesforce development and a team to design, build, and maintain custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, Visualforce, and Salesforce Commerce. Develop integrations via REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, ensure code quality and performance, drive technical discussions, mentor engineers, and support Commerce e-store implementations.

Configure, customize, and maintain the inRiver PIM platform; design data models, taxonomies, and workflows; manage imports/exports and integrations; troubleshoot and optimize performance; train and support users; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PIM solutions.
