Provide on-site classroom and building support at Camp Hansen and nearby bases: set up and secure live-streaming equipment, offer first-level technical troubleshooting, maintain equipment inventory, ensure facilities are presentable, assist students and faculty, support testing/proctoring, and report incidents. Maintain flexible schedule and meet ILS/background requirements.

Provide academic and administrative support to prospects and students, document contacts in CRM, coordinate with military education staff, organize events, track enrollments and degree progression, assist faculty and students with class logistics and base access, process military documentation, support facilities and computer lab operations, distribute marketing materials, and perform related duties.
