Lead technical execution of engineering projects (Newness levels 2-3), solve critical discipline problems using Valeo methodologies (e.g., QRQC), mentor discipline engineers, develop and validate design standards, support budget commitments, drive digitalization and continuous improvement, propose innovative solutions and participate in IP/patent processes, and collaborate cross-functionally and with customers.
