Leads global internal IT infrastructure and service delivery, including end-user computing, workplace technology, corporate networks, servers, identity services, collaboration platforms, asset management, vendors, budgets, and IT operations. The Director establishes service management processes and SLAs, drives security, automation, modernization, and standardization, supports office expansion and infrastructure changes, and manages geographically distributed teams and providers.

Design, deploy, and manage high-performance Kafka and RabbitMQ messaging platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. Ensure availability, security (Kerberos/SSL), and scalability of event-streaming pipelines; implement Kafka architecture standards; manage Kafka Connect workflows, Schema Registry, integrations, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support.

Provide L2 production support for payment applications: monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, run log and SQL analysis, manage tickets, follow ITIL processes, support deployments, maintain runbooks, and work rotating 24/7 shifts to ensure platform availability and performance.

Provide managed cloud operations for payment systems: manage and provision cloud services using IaC, maintain network architecture, troubleshoot performance and reliability, perform patching, monitoring, DR testing, VPN setup, and deliver scheduled and on-call support for financial customers.

Own and drive UI requirements for the payments application; collaborate with UX/UI, Product, Engineering, and QA to define, document, prioritize, and deliver web and mobile payment features with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
