Collaborate with data engineering, DevOps, MLOps, and business stakeholders to capture data, understand domain requirements, build production ML pipelines, and optimize model training throughput and scoring response times. Support model development, testing, monitoring, and deployment at scale.

Own production issue resolution, root cause analysis, query development, log analysis, Python scripting, automation, and process improvement. The role supports system reliability by debugging data and application problems, optimizing workflows, collaborating with engineering and QA teams, and documenting solutions. Required experience includes 3–5 years in production support, Python, database querying, troubleshooting, and technical process improvement.

Lead high-budget performance marketing campaigns across paid, affiliate, app, SEO, and ASO channels. Develop long-term growth strategies, optimize acquisition funnels and user journeys, manage budgets, analyze behavioral and campaign data, build dashboards, and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with product, business, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Experience with BFSI is advantageous.

Develop and maintain scalable finance marketplace software, including user experience and business logic. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and architects; participate in code and design reviews; establish engineering practices; evaluate technologies; and contribute to technical hiring. Build Java-based microservices and APIs, manage cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines, support high-volume data systems, and lead engineering teams and projects.
