Leads the hotel’s Bell and Concierge team, managing daily operations, guest arrivals and departures, luggage assistance, VIP arrangements, inquiries, transportation, and local recommendations. Oversees service quality, revenue-supporting guest guidance, team training, performance management, and cross-department coordination while delivering exceptional hospitality.

チーム全体の業務の運営管理をはじめ、お荷物のお預かり・お届け、館内外のご案内、送迎や交通手配、観光案内などを通じて、お客様一人ひとりに心のこもったサービスを提供していただきます。また、チームメンバーの指導・育成を担いながら、ホテルのサービス基準を維持・向上させる役割も担います。
ゲストサービスマネージャーとして、日々のオペレーションを管理するだけではありません。ヒルトンが大切にする「おもてなしの心」を体現し、お客様の期待を超えるサービスを提供することで、思い出に残る滞在体験を創り出していただきます。お客様との何気ない会話やきめ細やかな気配りが、特別な滞在の第一歩となります。

- ベル＆コンシェルジュチームの運営・マネジメント
- お客様のお出迎え、お見送り、お荷物のサポート
- ゲストからのお問い合わせやご要望への対応
- VIPゲストの到着・滞在・出発に関する手配およびサポート
- ゲスト満足度向上に向けたサービスクオリティの管理・改善
- ホテル施設やサービスのご案内を通じた収益向上への貢献
- チームメンバーの育成、指導、パフォーマンス管理、評価
- 周辺観光情報や館内サービスに関する知識向上のためのトレーニング実施
- 他部署と連携した円滑なオペレーションの推進
応募資格
- ホテル業界におけるベルサービス、コンシェルジュ、フロントオフィスなどの業務経験（必須）
日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション能力（その他の言語スキルがあれば尚可）
- チームを牽引し、メンバーの成長を支援できるリーダーシップ
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と高いホスピタリティマインド
- 問題解決力を備え、プレッシャーのかかる状況でも冷静に対応できる方
