🎯𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
✨Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
✨1–4 years of experience in recruitment operations, staffing, or HR support
✨Strong understanding of job portals and recruitment workflows
✨Excellent communication and coordination skills
✨Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
✨High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
✅ Preferred Skills:
🌟Experience working in staffing or consulting companies
🌟Familiarity with ATS tools and invoicing processes
🌟Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
