As a Technical Architect within the firm, you will be responsible overseeing the design, implementation, and integration of Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud solutions for your project. The primary responsibility of this role is ensuring that the technological framework, data management, reporting and integration capabilities fulfill the necessary requirements for successful deployment and continuous maintenance of Oracle Cloud applications.

Key responsibilities include:
•Technical Design & Architecture
Develop and own a comprehensive architecture that aligns to business objectives and be a primary authority on architectural decisions.
Maintain a balanced alignment between business objectives and technical strategies.
Define integration strategies between Oracle HCM Cloud and ERP Cloud (e.g., finance, procurement, supply chain, and payroll systems), considering data consistency, performance, and security.
•Change Management
Foster a true agile culture while leveraging product features, advancements, latest functionalities, adoption of new techniques/technologies. Defining the Scope at a granular level, instilling right controls to identify changes at an early stage & help managing them effectively.  Establish clarity on project requirements/changes in collaboration with US counterparts (considering them as end client). 

•System Integration
Oversee integration between Oracle HCM Cloud, ERP Cloud, and other business applications or external systems (such as legacy ERP, finance, and payroll systems).
Design and implement data integration strategies using middleware tools, HDL, and REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange across platforms.
Lead data migration activities, ensuring that data is accurately and efficiently transferred between legacy systems and Oracle Cloud (HCM and ERP), minimizing data discrepancies.

•Collaboration with key stakeholders
Collaborate with functional consultants, technical consultants, and project managers to understand the customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring they understand system designs and integration approaches.
Address functional/technical challenges and provide guidance throughout the implementation life cycle.

•Customization & Configuration
Guide the customization of HCM Cloud applications using FBDI (File-Based Data Import), BI Publisher, HDL, HSDL and other Oracle tools. Advise on the use of Oracle’s PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) and SaaS offerings to extend the functionality of the HCM Cloud applications.

•Security & Compliance
Ensure that the technical architecture adheres to security standards and organizational policies, protecting sensitive data such as employee records, financial transactions, and procurement details.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) for both HCM and ERP systems, ensuring users have appropriate access to sensitive data.

•Team Management and guidance
Lead a team of technical consultants and ensure the technical delivery is completed as per the agreed timeframe. Review and approve key technical deliverables such as system architecture diagrams, integration designs, and conversions/migration strategies. Device controls and ensure that the deliverables are aligned with the overall architecture strategy.

•Troubleshooting:
Act as a subject matter expert while resolving challenging technical problems. Determine the underlying issues and quickly put effective solutions in place.
