As strategic partners to TS leadership, our PMO facilitates portfolio governance, capability development, and cross-functional collaboration that drives measurable customer impact and business value. As a Program Management & Strategic Initiatives Intern, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects that help shape the future of our Technical Services. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build professional skills while working on the team that acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, supports the delivery of our organization’s most important work, and partners cross-functionally in a globally distributed team.

What we are looking for in you 

  • In the process of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 
  • Have a foundation (or interest) in operations, strategy, portfolio, and program management fundamentals, concepts, and frameworks (e.g., lean, agile, waterfall), with a head for designing and implementing process/mechanism improvements - this is our bread and butter
  • Aptitude for analyzing complex data, extracting key insights, and presenting information clearly to diverse audiences - we make it easy for others.
  • Technical inclination to work with scripts and tools to automate the work - we make it easy for ourselves.
  • Have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in university studies after the internship concludes. Graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Company sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates applying for certain roles.

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

$56,000$77,000 USD
