Program Description: MetLife's Investments Summer Analyst Program offers broad exposure to a global insurance company and investments manager. The program is a 10-week hybrid experience. Summer analysts will develop various technical and soft skills, have the opportunity to network with professionals across the company, and fully immerse themselves in MetLife's culture.
Public Fixed Income (PFI) : At MetLife Investment Management (MIM), the Public Fixed Income team blends expertise and reliability. We craft strategies spanning the risk spectrum, from Enhanced Cash to High Yield, and the term structure, from short-term to long duration. Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 to June 2028. Must possess a demonstrated interest in finance/economics. Candidates pursuing master's degrees or other advanced degrees are ineligible.
- A strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and be able to adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, remaining detail-oriented and client-focused.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
