Wells Fargo is seeking Intern Analyst to join the Wealth & Investment Management team, The Intern will support strategic initiatives and operational execution across multiple Wealth & Investment Management business lines, including Banking, Lending, Trust Services, Investment Solutions, and Data Management. The role offers hands-on exposure to business operations, process optimization, data analytics, risk management, and program execution activities that help deliver positive outcomes for clients and business stakeholders.
The intern will work closely with business leaders, analysts, and cross-functional partners to analyse business processes, monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and support key projects that drive operational excellence and business growth

In this role, you will:
- Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program
- Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable
- Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, with anticipated graduation between March 2028 and August 2028
- Exposure to AI, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar analytical tools are preferred
- Basic understanding of financial services, banking, investments, or wealth management.
- Knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies.
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
