Job Title : Manager -  Technical Solution Owner – Smart Platform & Digital Solutions Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Solution Owner/Manager to lead and drive innovative solutions within our Smart Platform and Digital Solutions areas. This is a techno-functional leadership role that combines product ownership with deep technical expertise to solve complex healthcare challenges, optimize operational productivity, and deliver measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will have experience with US healthcare payer/claims systems and a proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering AI-driven cloud-based data solutions and web applications. The role requires a strategic thinker with a product mindset who can bridge business requirements with technology execution to achieve transformational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership: Prioritize, manage and execute the roadmap for Smart Platform and Digital Solutions in alignment with business goals. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications in collaboration with stakeholders. Architect and deliver scalable AI-powered web applications using .NET, React, Fast APIs, and Azure cloud technologies. Solution Design & Delivery : Architect, design, and deliver scalable AI-driven web applications integrated with cloud platforms and advanced analytics. Ensure technical solutions address business challenges and seamlessly integrate within EXL Health ecosystem. Partner with solution architects to align with EXL Health’s technical guidance, architecture frameworks, and best practices. Technology Enablement : Leverage technologies like .NET, React, Fast APIs, Azure Web Services, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, and Closed/Open LLMs. Partner with technology teams to achieve technical roadmaps and build innovative, scalable solutions. Advocate for and implement best practices in cloud computing, AI integration, and web application development. Act as the primary point of contact for demonstrating technical capabilities and aligning deliverables with business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a bridge between business teams and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and ready for production. Collaborate with analytics and AI teams to enable seamless integration of AI and ML models into web applications and data pipelines, to deliver impactful results. Required Skills Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of web application development using .NET, React, Fast APIs, and Azure Web Services. Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, and cloud-native architectures. Proficiency in leveraging Closed/Open LLM models for AI-driven solutions. Domain Experience : In-depth understanding of US healthcare payer/claims processes and operations. Ability to address challenges such as prior authorization, real-time claims processing, and operational productivity. Techno-Functional Acumen : Demonstrated experience as a technical product manager in delivering AI and cloud-based solutions. Strong analytical skills to bridge business needs with technical feasibility and solutions. Problem-Solving & Innovation : Ability to solve complex healthcare problems using technology, boosting operational efficiency and ROI. Experience in building applications with AI integrations to enable productivity and decision-making. Leadership & Communication : Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work across business and technical teams. Excellent communication and client-facing skills to demonstrate solution capabilities and ROI effectively. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in technical solutioning, product ownership, or technical management roles. Certification in Azure Cloud or relevant AI frameworks is a plus. Expertise with agile methodologies and tools for managing and delivering product roadmaps. Why Join Us?
