About the role
Connectnow helps Australians get connected to essential services when they move home — from energy and internet to insurance and more. We work closely with referral partners across the country, making the moving experience simpler for customers while driving real value for our partners.
We’re currently looking for a full time Account Executive to play a critical role in growing and strengthening Connectnow’s referral partner network, based in our Docklands head office. This role will see you managing a portfolio of valued partners — including corporate, franchise and independent agencies — who generate warm, high‑quality referrals into our business.
This is a phone‑based, relationship‑led sales role where success comes from engagement, insight and influence. You’ll work across the full partner lifecycle: prospecting and onboarding new agencies, activating existing partners, and continuously lifting engagement and referral performance.
You’ll be a key revenue driver for Connectnow, using data, structured sales activity and tailored partner campaigns to convert strong relationships into measurable results
What you’ll be doing
Owning a portfolio of referral partners across Australlia, and delivering against clear sales targets and KPIs
Driving referral growth through proactive calling, account plans and engagement campaigns
Prospecting and onboarding new agencies into the Connectnow network
Using data, insights and sales tools to lift partner performance
Building strong, trusted relationships with agents, principals and key stakeholders
Delivering training and value‑add sessions virtually when required
Keeping CRM data, partner intelligence and next‑best actions up to date
Sharing market and competitor insights with sales leaders and the wider business
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in phone‑based sales or account management
A strong sales track record, ideally within a B2B or partner‑led environment
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to internal and external audiences
Strong negotiation, communication and conflict‑resolution skills
Financial literacy and the ability to interpret performance data
Experience in real estate, channel sales or partner‑led environments is a bonus — but not essential.
What We Can Offer you:
High‑impact role with clear ownership and visibility
Strong sales culture with coaching and development
Flexible working options including hybrid work.
Discounts on energy, telcos and solar plans.
Participate in Energise - our reward & recognition program.
Access 20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary carer.
If you’re motivated by targets, relationships and results — we want to hear from you!
Closing date: Monday 23rd February 2026
