What you can expect​

Zoom is looking for an Account Executive to sell our Workvivo Employee Experience Platform. Account Executives grow awareness, adoption, and deployment across current Zoom customers as well new prospects.

About the Team

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and initial engagement to building business cases, cross-selling, and negotiating contracts

  • Collaborate with Zoom Account Executives to upsell existing customers and accelerate the close of new business opportunities

  • Leverage strong prospecting and lead generation skills to create and grow a robust pipeline

  • Engage confidently in strategic conversations with C-level and VP-level stakeholders, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets across Mid-market and Enterprise segments

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years in HR Tech or a related field

  • Proven ability to build and nurture trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers

  • Experience prospecting and winning net new logos, while also expanding and managing business within existing enterprise accounts

  • Skilled in guiding prospects through the entire sales process, establishing credibility, and closing complex deals

  • Demonstrated success in high-growth SaaS environments, with a track record of exceeding sales goals

  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills

  • Ability to travel into office 3x per week (Boston)

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$160 000,00

Maximum:

$326 400,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
