The Account Manager - Paid Social ensures high-quality delivery of social media campaigns, manages client feedback, and conducts quality audits while training junior planners.
The Senior QA Analyst is a client-facing role responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across social media campaigns executed on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and Reddit. The role primarily focuses on reviewing and validating work completed by onshore team members and managing day-to-day feedback mechanisms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client and internal quality standards.
The incumbent works closely with clients and onshore stakeholders to conduct detailed quality audits, identify defects, and provide clear, actionable feedback that drives continuous improvement. This role requires strong subject matter expertise in social advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability for quality outcomes.

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Strong Subject matter expertise in the domain an eye for detail
- Execution of assigned jobs
- Excellent Analytical / Logical reasoning abilities
- Provide clear feedback to clients to drive corrections and improvements
- Demonstrate multi-tasking ability, conduct quality checks on multiple critical campaigns / projects
- Audit critical jobs generated by various teams
- Report the details of the QA on a daily dashboard and record the details onto the ticketing system tool
- Check ticketing system for accuracy of error reporting by the QA teams
- Identify, track and report any leakage in errors / defects from the teams/QC checks in the Ad Ops
- Train/monitor junior planners and help them with their performance
- Quality check their own work and able to complete tasks independently
Qualifications/Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience with Advertising agency or professional services experience preferred
- Platform experience:
- Must have: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Good to have: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Skilled in managing client expectations, timelines, and follow-ups
- Ability to confidently present audit findings to clients with clear insights, risks, and actionable recommendations
- Strong organization skills.
- Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint skills.
- Should possess strong analytical & verbal reasoning capabilities.
- Ability to multi-task on various accounts along with providing inferences on them.
