We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, focusing on driving revenue growth through renewals and cross-sell opportunities while working closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Core Responsibilities

- Own renewal and expansion targets for assigned enterprise accounts

- Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize customer lifetime value

- Partner with CSMs to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities

- Lead contract negotiations and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders

- Monitor account health metrics and create action plans to mitigate risks

- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in CRM systems

- Serve as escalation point for complex commercial discussions

Requirements

- 5-6 years of B2B account management experience, preferably in SaaS

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and growth targets

- Experience in contract negotiations and stakeholder management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities

Key Success Metrics

- Cross-sell/upsell revenue growth

- Renewal rate achievement

- Forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene

- Customer satisfaction scores
