Job Summary As a mid-level Accountant / Controller, you’ll ensure the financial health and transparency of our global operations. You’ll handle bookkeeping, prepare financial reports, and advise on budgeting and compliance.
What you’ll do as a Mid-Level Accountant / Controller…
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, payroll) in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Oversee budgeting processes and track variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
What we’re looking for…
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial control.
- Familiarity with international finance regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
