The Role : As an Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing the order-to-cash process for our international operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely invoicing, collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting global cash flow operations. This role reports directly to the Financial Controller based in Singapore and requires close coordination with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable for international clients across APAC (80% of our business), Middle East, and EU regions
  • Generate and send invoices in accordance with customer contracts and regional tax regulations
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up with account managers and customers for timely payments
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams to address billing or contract-related issues
  • Prepare AR aging reports, DSO metrics, and collection forecasts for management
  • Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation
  • Assist in month-end closing and supporting revenue recognition processes

Essential Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, in a SaaS or B2B tech company
  • Experience dealing with international clients and multi-currency transactions
  • Familiarity with subscription billing models and SaaS revenue cycles
  • Proficiency in accounting tools (e.g. QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones
