Are you ready for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing SaaS innovator? We're searching for an exceptional Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to support multiple leaders in our Sales organization.
As an ABP, you'll work closely with our Sales leaders, gaining a unique perspective across the company. You will ensure the seamless operation of our leaders and your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of generalist tasks, all aimed at optimizing their time.
In this role, you will operate in a dynamic environment where you will need to anticipate needs across the business and parachute in to solve them regardless of the functional area. You will be instrumental in enabling our Sales leaders to scale the company by efficiently managing day-to-day and midterm tasks. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including project ownership, administrative support, and ensuring timely completion of assigned duties.
What you’ll do:
Plan, organize and manage the leaders’ complex calendar (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities) including working with them to prioritize their time and attendance.
Plan, coordinate and manage extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries.
Proactively manage and organize executive email inboxes, including filtering, prioritizing, ensuring timely follow-up and attention to critical matters.
Oversee and process leaders’ expenses, including accurate tracking, submission, and reconciliation of receipts, invoices, and travel expenses, ensuring alignment with company policies and budgets.
Manage small-scale projects, ensuring leaders focus on priority items, and facilitating effective cross-functional communication.
Foster trust with the Business Partner team and Executive team, keep stakeholders informed, identify communication gaps, and escalate issues as needed to support leadership.
Understand how the company operates and the mechanics of our business by knowing who is responsible for what and who our executives and senior leaders are for each business area.
What you’ll bring:
2+ years of previous administrative or personal support experience, preferably in a fast-paced remote environment.
Excellent English (at least C2 level in either TOEFL or IELTS) written and verbal communication skills and perceptiveness.
Demonstrates the highest ethical standards, strict confidentiality, maturity, actively promotes trust, respect and integrity in all dealings both inside and outside the company.
Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
Self-motivated – change agent that is able to face big challenges with resilience and agility.
Start-up growth company experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy.

The expected hourly compensation range, subject to change, is $19/hour
