Adobe AEM Designer & Adaptive Forms || 6-9 Yrs Exp || India

Design and develop dynamic forms using Adobe AEM and Adaptive Forms, implementing workflows, managing data integrations, and conducting performance optimizations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in creating and managing dynamic, data-driven forms to support enterprise-level digital transformation. This role requires a professional who is experienced in both Adobe AEM Designer and Adaptive Forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Form Development & Design: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic XDP templates and AEM Adaptive Forms.
- Logic & Integration: Implement JavaScript for conditional workflows and form logic.
- Data Management: Integrate structured data schemas using XML Data Binding to ensure seamless data capture.
- Reusable Components: Create modular and reusable form components to support scalable enterprise solutions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and validate API responses using tools like Postman and SOAP UI.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance form performance, load times, and responsiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, QA, and backend teams to align form functionality with business requirements.
- Version Control: Manage form updates and deployments using version control systems like Azure DevOps.
Required Skills:
- Primary Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe AEM Designer (LiveCycle Designer).
- Strong knowledge of form scripting with JavaScript.
- Experience with XML Data Binding.
- Expertise in AEM Adaptive Forms, including fragments, validations, and the rule editor.
- Experience with testing tools like Postman and SOAP UI.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with HTML/CSS for form customization.
- Knowledge of Java for backend logic and component customization.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- An understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
