Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Workday Report Developer to join our team. As an Advanced Workday Report Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Workday reports and integrations to meet the needs of our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills in Workday reporting and a deep understanding of the platform's functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced, custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Workday Studio reports).
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective, scalable solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability of reports in Workday.
  • Create and maintain Workday integrations and interfaces with other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any report-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Workday report development, focusing on security, performance, and usability.
  • Stay up to date with new Workday features and enhancements to ensure the organization leverages the platform to its full potential.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to use and interpret reports.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all custom reports, integrations, and processes.
  • Act as subject matter expert, for team members, to increase report development proficiency of the team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Workday Report Developer or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in creating Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Workday Studio reports.
  • In-depth understanding of Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent and Security.
  • Solid knowledge of Workday data model and the Workday reporting tools (Report Writer, Workday Studio, etc.).
  • Experience with Workday BIRT (Business Intelligence Reporting Tool) is a plus.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Workday platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Workday integrations, including Web Services, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Workday Studio.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
