Provide L1/L2 operational and technical support for SharePoint On‑premises, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot access, permissions, libraries, workflows, Nintex/InfoPath issues, administrate accounts, manage tickets (ServiceNow/Jira), support Teams/Power Automate integrations, assist migrations/upgrades, document resolutions, and maintain operational procedures within SLA.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SharePoint Engineer (L1/L2) to provide operational and technical support for SharePoint On premises, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and related collaboration technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting user issues, managing SharePoint sites and permissions, supporting business users and resolving incidents within agreed service levels.
ResponsibilitiesSupport Responsibilities
- Provide L1 and L2 support for SharePoint On-premise and SharePoint Online related issues.
- Respond to and resolve user queries through ticketing systems, email, MS Teams.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to site access, permissions, document libraries, lists, workflows, and search functionality.
- Perform user account administration and access management.
- Monitor support queues and ensure incidents are handled within SLA requirements.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
- Investigate and resolve advanced SharePoint Online issues related to site collections, permissions inheritance, metadata, content types, and document management.
- Address issues on InfoPath forms, Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflow, SharePoint Workflows, Nintex Automation Cloud
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and security groups.
- Support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools including Teams, and Power Automate integrations.
- Analyze logs, error messages, and system behavior to identify root causes.
- Assist with SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
- Perform impact analysis and support change management activities.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation and support procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience supporting SharePoint On-premises, SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, site collections, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps fundamentals.
- Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and processes.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate to learn and deliver.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a support team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 or SharePoint-related certifications.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Understanding of SharePoint governance, compliance, and security concepts.
- Well versed with SDLC process and Agile Methodology.
