Job Summary: L9 Specialist who leads client-facing delivery of cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud, with deep GCP product expertise and domain depth in one or more of Customer 360, CCAI/Contact Center, Cloud Modernization, or Data & AI. Drives end-to-end engineering (build-to-run), mentor’s teams, and shapes repeatable offerings (POVs, accelerators, reference architectures) tied to measurable outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Full Stack Development: Design, build, test, and deploy complex, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud, working across the entire service delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to production support.
- Client-Facing Solutioning: Work directly with clients to understand business challenges, translate requirements into technical designs, and act as a technical advisor for the client throughout the project.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor on-shore and off-shore project teams, conduct peer reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
- Modern Engineering & Agile Delivery: Apply modern engineering practices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality software at pace.
- Leverage your expertise to deliver outstanding results in one or more of the following Google Cloud domains:
- Data & AI: Build data pipelines and analytics solutions using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Looker.
- Generative & Agentic AI: Contribute to the design and development of AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Security Operations (SecOps) & Cyber Defense: Design and build solutions that integrate Chronicle (SIEM/SOAR), Mandiant, and Security Command Center; automate response workflows.
- Marketing Intelligence & Personalization: Unify customer data in GCP; use BigQuery + Vertex AI for predictive segments.
- Customer Engagement (CES): Implement and customize solutions like Contact Center AI (CCaaS) to transform customer experiences.
- Application & Infrastructure Modernization: Deliver solutions leveraging Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Apigee, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Workplace & Collaboration Solutions: Design and build custom integrations for Google Workspace, using APIs and Google Apps Script to automate workflows and connect productivity tools with enterprise systems.

Must have skills:
- Hands-on Google Cloud (GCP) product delivery (design/build/run in production) – not only custom development hosted on GCP.
- Strong experience with an Object-Oriented Programming Language (e.g., Python, Java/JVM, Node.js).
- GCP engineering fundamentals: Cloud Run and/or GKE, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, observability, and security basics (IAM, OAuth2/OIDC, secrets).
- Domain depth in 1 or more: Customer 360 (customer data unification on GCP), CCAI/Contact Center (Contact Center AI/CCaaS and integrations), Cloud modernization (GKE, Apigee, migration/modern engineering), Data & AI (BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker, Vertex AI).
- Strong offering mindset: solutioning, reusable assets, POVs, estimation, and value-based outcomes.
Good to have skills: Google Cloud Certifications (preferred).
Experience: 7+ years software engineering with hands-on delivery and production support on GCP.
• 2-3+ years building/operating solutions using GCP products (e.g., Cloud Run/GKE, BigQuery/Dataflow, Vertex AI, Apigee, Chronicle/SCC) with IAM and observability.
• Led a small pod on GCP: solution design, estimation, code reviews, and client communication.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field
