We are looking for an Aha! Expert - Product Manager to join our team to partner with different cross-functional teams across the company and provide to our clients the best solutions.
About you:
- Experience Level: Senior Level.
- 6+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Proficient with Aha!, including customizations, setting up epics/features/releases, and configuring reports/roadmaps.
- Experience with integrations between Aha! and external tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of product management principles and practices, such as backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Comfortable working with executive-level stakeholders and clients.
- Identify external apps (e.g., Jira, Salesforce) that can integrate with Aha!.
- Engage with executives and key stakeholders to understand and discuss meaningful reports and roadmaps.
- Perform customizations, setup, and configuration in Aha!.
- Organize epics and features, set releases, and customize roadmaps and reports in Aha!.
- Ensure issue tracking integrations work correctly and live roadmaps reflect the true status of work.
- Manage the ideas portal and its setup and configuration.
- Lead product management tasks and guide others by example.
