AI ARCHITECT (GCP PREFERRED)

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to join our team and drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. As an integral part of our department, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our AI-driven applications and services. Your deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Python, along with your architectural leadership, will be instrumental in delivering scalable and secure AI solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and optimize cloud architectures on GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for cloud-native and AI-driven applications, defining best practices and standards.
• Architect and implement AI/ML solutions, including data ingestion, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Deliver Generative AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, and RAG patterns, integrating foundation models.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, focusing on security, governance, and performance.
• Lead Python-based service development, establishing coding standards and CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and architecture reviews.
• Mentor and guide implementation teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud, and architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience, leading Python-based projects.
• 5+ years of designing and implementing machine learning solutions, with a focus on AI/ML lifecycle management.
• 2+ years of practical experience in building Generative AI applications, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of vector databases and search systems, and exposure to multi-cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and influence teams.
• Passion for staying updated with emerging AI and cloud technologies, driving innovation.
