Job Description
We are seeking a highly proficient AI Automation Specialist with strong Python expertise and a passion for Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic R&D team. In this role, you will design and build intelligent, scalable solutions that leverage AI to automate business processes, develop AI agents, and apply generative AI models to real-world use cases.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and contribute to the full lifecycle of AI-driven applications—from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation
Design, develop, optimize, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python
Build and deploy intelligent process automation solutions
Research, prototype, and implement generative AI models and AI agents
Collaborate with R&D, product, and business teams to deliver innovative AI solutions
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed AI systems
Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python for application development and automation
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI
Experience with process automation and intelligent workflows
Familiarity with building or integrating AI agents and LLM-based solutions
Experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical designs
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative R&D environment
Good English communication skills (reading and writing).
