- Should hold adequate experience implementing Generative AI techniques for automated content creation, summarization, and conversational systems.
- Strong understanding of context window management, optimizing token usage for efficient and accurate LLM responses.
- Hands-on experience in workflow automation, integrating AI-driven decision-making across CRM, operations, and enterprise systems, including Zoho automation platforms, to streamline and optimize business workflows.
- Should possess excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with hands-on experience applying AI in operations and administration.
- The Ideal Candidate should be Obsessed with AI tools and productivity systems and Regularly experiments with new AI platforms and automation technologies
- Should be able to research, test independently and implement new AI technologies and have adequate experience using multiple AI tools across business functions
- Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.
