Job Overview:
As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities
- Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in Generative AI and LLM integrations
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Strong coding skills in Java and Spring Boot
- Good experience with Python
- Database experience with Oracle
- Experience building microservices and enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Good understanding of system security, resiliency, and enterprise architecture
Qualifications
- Experience Required
- 8+ years in software development
- Strong background in AI/LLM-based application development
- Experience developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot
