Role: AI Platform Engineer (LLM / Agentic Systems)

About the Role
We are building a Hybrid Agentic AI Platform that operates across AWS, multi-cloud, and customer environments. This role will design and implement the core intelligence layer, including LLM integration, agent orchestration, and context-aware decisioning.
Responsibilities
Design and build agentic workflows and orchestration systems
Implement RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, context building)
Integrate LLMs (hosted/private) into enterprise workflows
Build QA scoring, evaluation, and feedback loops
Optimize prompts, latency, and response quality
Ensure secure data handling (no-retention, in-memory processing)
Collaborate with platform and FDE teams for real-world deployments
Required Skills
Strong Python programming
Hands-on experience with LLMs / GenAI systems
Deep understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases
Experience with APIs and distributed systems
Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
LLM evaluation frameworks and guardrails
Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures
