Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned AI Technical Lead with a strong Full Stack development background and over 15 years of experience in architecting scalable enterprise applications. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive AI integration across platforms, manage customer relationships, mentor teams, and ensure technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
🧱 Architecture & Development
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI-driven applications.
- Lead end-to-end solutioning across front-end, back-end, cloud, and data layers.
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML models using platforms like Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, etc.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and compliance frameworks.
👥 Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead cross-functional development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to ensure quality delivery.
- Onboard, train, and mentor new joiners to accelerate their integration and productivity.
🤝 Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Present architectural proposals, demos, and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
📈 Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and technology evaluations.
- Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements using AI.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software development, with deep expertise in Full Stack technologies (e.g., .NET, React/Angular, Node.js, Python).
- Proven experience in architecting enterprise-grade applications and AI integrations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), microservices, and containerization.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, FedRAMP) is a plus.
