Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong Playwright and
Java expertise to work on modern, AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will
collaborate closely with AI Core Engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop,
and maintain robust automated test frameworks, ensuring high quality and reliability of AI-
based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Automation Development
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks using Java.
• Work closely with AI Core Engineering teams to understand new AI features and
translate them into effective test strategies.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI use cases and workflows.
2. Collaboration & Agile Participation
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, AI engineers, and QA teams to
ensure testability and quality across the SDLC.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide timely feedback on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.
3. Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with the latest Playwright enhancements, Java best practices, and
QA automation trends.
• Continuously improve automation frameworks, test coverage, and execution
efficiency.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Java
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation framework.
• Good understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
• Solid knowledge of web application architecture and REST-based systems.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
