To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Analyst – Accounts Payable in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

·       Sound Knowledge in End-to-End AP process

·       Address Supplier AP Queries with Qualitative Response

·       Perform vendor reconciliation based on the payment terms defined. 

·       Resolve Dispute invoices by collaboration with Purchasing team and vendors. 

·       Provide On the Job Training to Newcomers

·       Clear Aged Transactions by performing reconciliations and working closely with suppliers and buyers.

·       Work on Risk exposure items and clear them with help from suppliers and buyers.

·       Completion of Month End Activities to ensure books are closed without any issues.

·       Must provide Innovative ideas to improve process.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

·       BCom / BBA(Finance) / M.Com  / MBA(Finance). Good understanding on MS applications

·       Sound Knowledge in End-to-End AP process

·       4-7 years in Accounting/AP

·       Excellent written/oral communication skills

·       Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems.

·       Good analytical skills and should be a team player.

·       Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects.
