Provides support to Global Rewards managers on a variety of programs and projects with particular focus on executive compensation, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).  Includes data collection and analysis, modeling, reconciliation, auditing, and research. May also support sales and broad-based compensation programs as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research and compile financial and compensation information from SEC filings from peer company proxies and annual reports.

  • With guidance, evaluate job roles and provide input on appropriate mapping/band/grade.

  • Provide support regarding recommendations for new hire and internal offer packages, including market pricing.

  • Support Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration including validation of eligibility to participate, reconciliation of Fidelity and Workday records, and processing of refunds.

  • Research and assess market prevalence and trends regarding compensation design as needed.

  • Participate in third party market compensation surveys.

  • Assist with the administration of the compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and equity.

  • Support Rewards Managers and Leaders on preparing presentations and proposals.

  • Compile recurring reports and share with stakeholders.

  • May support quarterly sales incentive payouts and sales plan production and distribution process.

  • Support ad-hoc rewards projects as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree required.

  • 2+ years of experience in Rewards function or comparable experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Executive or equity compensation experience preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Critical high-level attention to data integrity and accuracy

  • Advanced skills related to data gathering and manipulation for business analysis.

  • Demonstration to problem solve and think outside-of-the-box / self-starter.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills.

  • Capable of managing multi-task assignments simultaneously.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Comfortable reading/writing internal business documents, policy statements, and process reviews.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in an office or may be performed remotely.

  • Expected to work some overlap hours to overlap with US business day.
