Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate and manage collection activities for B2B clients across India.
- Send payment reminders via email, SMS, and phone calls based on aging buckets.
- Maintain accurate records of communication, payment commitments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams for dispute resolution and escalations.
- Generate and share collection reports and dashboards with management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Support regional language communication as needed for client interactions.
- Escalate chronic defaulters to legal or third-party collection agencies as per SOP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B collections, credit control, or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of English & Hindi and preferably along with any regional languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali).
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Familiarity with collections compliance and legal escalation processes.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data-driven KPIs.
