Job Introduction:
The position supports the Magna Powertrain Planview One IT Business Application end to end from a technical perspective. As Business Systems Service Administrator you support all technical demands and ensures a proper service quality to the Enduser.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve as first responder upcoming requests and issues using our ticket system Matrix42
- Ensure service requests and issue are handled and resolved in proper time.
- Support and administrate Planview One System Architecture and continuously improve usability, functionality and performance also with the connected Business Systems.
- Support the Project team and stakeholders with technical know-how in accordance with the project scope and goals
- Analyze business requirements regarding customizing and reporting and be committed to execute and monitor development within agreed time and resource
Customers and Business Interfaces:
- PlanviewOne global project organization specially the Business Systems Owner and the different workstream leads in Business and IT
- PlanviewOne Key user organization
- Global MPT IT, BRM organization and Magna Corporate IT
- External partners such as vendors and consultants mainly related to Planview and the connected Business Systems
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or the equivalent in experience.
- Experience in organizational projects or know-how in organizational / change management is highly welcomed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in global teamwork and different cultures
- Fluent in English
- Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities
- Focus on quality and customer service
