The Analyst assists the Marketing Department with Salesforce database maintenance, email campaigns, digital marketing platforms, and data management.
An Analyst is expected to assist the Marketing Department in the maintenance of the Salesforce database and other related marketing work like email campaign management and maintenance of digital marketing platform. In addition, he/she shall be responsible for the management and cleanup of the databases on a regular basis. The candidate works closely with Global Marketing Managers and provides support to updation, maintenance and any other work related to Salesforce CRM.
The responsibilities are mentioned below but are not limited to following:
Role Description:
Track and manage leads, opportunities, and customers through salesforce.com
View, Edit, Create, Delete, Update, Retrieve the data/contacts on Salesforce as and when necessary
Work on Email campaigns with the global Marketing team
Assist team members / internal clients in upgrading, updating, reviewing the existing database
Maintaining the digital marketing platform.
Generating ad-hoc reports based on region, departments and title to support the global marketing team in running the online campaigns through Eloqua
Conduct secondary research to find company and contact related information for updating in Salesforce
Protect the Intellectual Property
Adhere to all the policies and procedures
Understand the business and various functions of the organization
Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data as per the requirement
Required Skills:
CRM user.
Proficient in using CRM (Experience of Salesforce is preferred).
Good to have prior experience of Digital marketing tool like Pardot etc.
Excellent communication, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Strong secondary research skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Must have working knowledge of advanced excel and conditional formulas
Organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines.
Relationship Management
Act as first level Quality Check Analyst
Maintain communication & coordination with internal client / Requestor
Actively seeking feedback & implementing the suggestions & comments
Develop competence in verbal & written communication (phone & email)
Develop and Maintain Relationship with Functional Leaders
Constant Email communication & project updates
Monthly phone discussions and review
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
Constant communication with the manager in terms of progress & hurdles
