Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Data & Insights Enablement - Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and drive data-informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is adept in analytics, automation, and data troubleshooting, possessing strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. In this role, you will be expected to work with the stakeholders across various business functions, and the GATE – India team. Your role will include providing support in developing insights and strategies that optimize data-related processes, contributing to informed decision-making.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights directly to business and operations teams.
Actively troubleshoot data issues and resolve data quality (DQ) problems to ensure accuracy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize overall business performance and efficiency.
Streamline data workflows, improve data quality standards, and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort
Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to capture data requirements and deliver timely, reliable, and actionable information.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant information.
Synthesize insights and prepare data-driven recommendations for process improvements, presenting findings to senior leadership as needed.
Who You Are:
1+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis or Business Analytics operations, preferably within the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Biotech industry.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with practical knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python or PySpark.
Working knowledge on any Data Visualization tools.
Automation experience using Excel, Google Apps Script, or similar tools.
Experience with ETL/data integration tools and relational databases.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between data and business strategy.
Previous experience in pharma or marketing analytics is a plus.
A proven track record of improving business efficiency and campaign ROI through the application of data-driven insights
Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other technical disciplines; a background in Pharmaceutical or Life Science domains is a plus.
