The Analyst will apply cash to receivables, reconcile transactions, coordinate with stakeholders on remittance information, and support system launches and projects.
Responsibility involves applying cash against open receivables, reconciling the cash receipt vs cash applied, coordinating with Collections and other stakeholders for remittance information and other issue resolution and support system launches and special projects.
Responsibilities
List Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:
- Perform Cash Application within 3 days TAT with quality
Perform daily unapplied cash reconciliation with quality
Handle assigned emails with quality with minimum interaction
Follow-up with Collections for on time remittance details.
Support any system launches for the cash application locations handled
Maintain good rapport with location / collections and resolves issues on time
List Selection Criteria:
- Excellent written & verbal skills in English
- Good Accounting knowledge
- Ability to apply observations and knowledge gained
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Possess Very good knowledge of payable invoice processing
- Good Analytical skills
Qualifications Required:
- B.Com., M.Com., with experience
