Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from requisition creation to offer rollout
Track open positions, hiring progress, and candidate movement across stages
Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurately
Update dashboards and reports on timely basis
Support hiring forecasts and workforce planning analysis
Help evaluate effectiveness of sourcing channels
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
Support recruiters and hiring managers with data‑backed insights
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and data accuracy standards
Bachelor's degree or related qualification
1-3 years of experience in recruitment
