Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years in data engineering, data governance, or metadata management • Strong experience with Microsoft Purview or other governance tools like Collibra, Informatica, Alation (data map/catalog concepts, collections/RBAC, scanning patterns, lineage concepts) • Practical experience with Solidatus (lineage modeling, metadata structures, export/integration patterns) • Experience integrating tools via APIs, automation scripts, and metadata pipelines (Python preferred) • Strong understanding of data lineage concepts (source → target mappings, transformations, column-level considerations, reporting lineage) • Familiarity with modern data stacks: SQL, ETL/ELT, data warehouses/lakehouses, BI tools (Power BI common) Nice to Have • Azure ecosystem (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Fabric) • Other governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation) Deliverables / Outcomes • Approved integration design and mapping specification • Working integration pipeline (automated lineage refresh) • Lineage validation framework and operational runbook • “Gold path” lineage for priority domains (e.g., Securities Master, Holdings, ESG, Risk) • Adoption: impact analysis and audit questions answered via Purview lineage
