As an Analytics Solutions Analyst within our Finance team, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and achieving set objectives for our firm. As a part of the Commercial Banking Global Finance and Business Management organization, you will contribute to the data and management reporting development agenda for regulatory operations. In this role, you will gain knowledge of core business processes, develop metrics/management reporting, and provide decision support through ad hoc reporting and data analytics. You will have the chance to contribute to high-impact initiatives that enhance profitability and efficiency across the Commercial Banking division. Your tasks will include assisting the business in the ongoing development and maintenance of Business Intelligence tools, data management, data analytics, and reporting & analysis.

Job Responsibilities:
- Define, monitor, and report key managements metrics around the health of an operations program
- Manage a high-volume and high-complexity reporting & dashboarding book of work, leveraging rigorous project management discipline
- Partner with senior leaders in advancing the business analysis and reporting agenda, focused on insights delivery in areas around operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, quality enhancements, etc.
- Define, design, and drive high priority strategic initiatives with senior level visibility in areas above - ranging from delivering business initiatives to engineering enabling capabilities
- Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data while identifying and recommending IT enhancements to improve data quality
- Develop strong partnerships with IT application owners and data management teams to align on a roadmap for continual improvement while providing support around in-flight projects
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Need hands on experience with
- Programming languages: SQL, Python/R
- Data visualization tool: Qlik Sense Tableau
- Analytical tools, e.g., Alteryx
- Ability to understand business problems/processes and design solutions/methodologies that are rooted in data
- Ability to design and execute repeatable and scalable data solutions (extraction / mining / modeling / visualization)
- Effectively communicate insights/recommendations (verbal and written)
- Team player with a demonstrated strong work ethic.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge of Distributed file systems, e.g., Hadoop, Hive. Jira & MS Office is plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in financial services or commercial banking
- Graduate/Post Graduate preferably with Computer/Finance/Statistics as core areas
