As an Intelligent Automation Associate in our team, you will focus on customizing firm-wide intelligent automation capabilities to deploy cost-effective modules that impact execution velocity, enhance controls, and improve ROI.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to understand process related manual touchpoints, design future state, develop, test, and deploy
- Manage & deliver E2E projects in adherence to the Hub's governance and execution model
- Ensure automation implementation is compliant as per company policy
- Collaborate with business, technology teams, controls partners to ensure calibrated delivery
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Expert with hands-on experience in development (must have) - intelligent automation solutions: Python (selenium, django, pandas, numpy, win32com, tkinter, PDF/OCR libraries, exchange connections, API connectivity), UI Path (attended & unattended), Alteryx (advanced) and End to End Pega Application Development.
- Advanced hands-on experience - Tableau, QlikView, Qlik sense & SharePoint
- 5+ years' experience in technology development, strong problem-solving abilities, project management, roadblock management & solutioning.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access & MS PowerPoint

- Project Management Certification
- Pega CSSA
- Demonstrate innovation with the ability to translate concepts into visuals
- Technical Designer / Solution Architect
