Job Description
At J.P. Morgan, we offer an exciting opportunity to join our Asia Pacific Supervisory Analyst team. As a key member, you will ensure compliance and quality in our research products, contributing to our global impact. As a Supervisory Analyst in the Asia Pacific Research team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our research products. You will work closely with a diverse team across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will directly impact our firm's reputation and success in the global market. This role has a 5-day working week and can be based in our Dubai, Mumbai, Hong Kong, or Singapore office.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervisory review of global equity and fixed income research.
  • Ensure research complies with FINRA and other regulatory rules.
  • Multitask in a busy environment, reviewing various research products.
  • Edit research to meet quality and control standards.
  • Collaborate with analysts and associates to reinforce business rules and guidelines.
  • Balance accuracy and speed to meet deadlines.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Supervisory Analyst
  • FINRA Series 16 certification.
  • Focused, articulate, and commercially minded.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • FINRA Series 4 certification.
  • Experience with Eidos.
