As an Application Developer IV, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications that meet business needs. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, build applications, and ensure high levels of efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-quality software applications based on business requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and contribute to solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers to promote best practices.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into application development processes.

Experience: Minimum of 9 years in application development, with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable software solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- One or more core programming language proficiency in Java, Blaze or Cobol is required - Intermediate
- Open Text Exstream Programming - Intermediate
- MS office tools and general usage - Intermediate
- Working knowledge of AWS - Intermediate
- Report making, focus on KPIs, presentations - Intermediate
- Desirable Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
